Absolutely brilliant, Mark. One thing for corporate to consider is rebranding "autumn" outside the temperate climates. We are a global entity, after all, and excessive focus on certain mists, shells, gourds, temperate-climate fruits such as apples (do our clients outside Oceania even indulge in apples, or comprehend the need for the raking of leaves in October?) We may need global HR to consider refining message for customer base in Sahara/near-sub-Sahara, esp. Sudan, Chad, et al, and the Indian subcontinent, incl. Bangladesh. Actionable, don't you think?
